Project details

The project consists of demolishing an existing house and workshop in order to create two new buildings meeting all local zoning criteria.

The roofs will be Mansard, in order to harmonize the gradient with the amended project at # 4 bis, all of which have Mansard-type roofs. In return, the half-Mansard will make it possible to create a homogeneous common courtyard in the heart of the block, bringing together the two sites. The project is part of the urban renewal dynamic with the nearby Panorama joint development zone.

The roofs created will be in slate-colored patinated zinc.The facades will be in white plaster (similar to reference 220 Arctic from the PRB catalog) or in Vassens quarry stone depending on the location on the facade (according to construction principle below with photo of a project under construction at 43 avenue Victor Hugo in Clamart).
