Project details

This project is stands out from the surrounding urban fabric with its contemporary architectural style, simple volumes, and straight lines. The facade on the street side, intentionally discreet, ensures privacy in the entrance hall, as opposed to the facade on the garden side which reveals large bay windows thanks to the high ceilings. The particularity of this project is the inclusion of a habitable basement, lit mainly by a trellised areaway on the garden side.
