Project details

Given the natural terrain which is on an upward slope, we decided to spread the project over two buildings with:

• A ground floor set in the sloping natural terrain and three levels of housing
• The use of the offset from the street to create a garden-level car park and pedestrian access to Rue Antoine Thomas (Floor 1 B)

The aim is for the building to blend naturally and visually in the street, close in height to neighboring buildings, being located in a road with very varied architecture. The architectural approach takes into account the transition between the two streets, by including a new area of open ground in the center and a green roof to improve the views of the plots.
